Paying your Deposit is confirmation that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions set out below.
For Bespoke Projects a 50% deposit is required on all orders and is non refundable. Any cancellation has to be made within 24 hours of the deposit being paid to receive a full refund. If an order is £100 or less, payment is required in full. Should Meraki Stationery not be able to fulfill a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund would be available of the amount paid to date by the client.
If a client fails to meet any deadline; such as sending required information, text or outstanding balances Meraki Stationery is not expected to meet proof, print or delivery deadlines. Indication of project duration is to be considered by the client as an estimate and therefore if circumstances arise and the project is not complete in said time, Meraki Stationery is not to be held responsible.
Samples are available for all products such as Invitations, Save the Dates and RSVP’s. These are chargeable at different rates and do not include special finishes such as Personalisation, Foiling, Laser Cutting or White Ink Printing.
All design concepts, ideas, design work and illustrations are property of Meraki Stationery unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Included in the quoted amount for any project the client is able to make up to 3 amendments. The client agrees that any changes required over and above the estimated work after acceptance of quote and proofs will be charged extra, usually on a per hour rate. Any typos once proof has been accepted are responsibility of the client and the client will pay any re-print charges.
Any invoices are to be paid within 14 days. Projects will not be started without initial deposit and complete projects won’t be delivered without the remaining balance being paid. Meraki Stationery keeps all client files, data and artwork in a secure environment with a password locked computer and locked studio. Any client data we share will be for necessary purposes to complete your project: such as postal companies and printers.
